It was revealed recently that actor Kim Rae Won decided to not sue, and will instead come to a mutual agreement with a man by the name of Kim, who crashed into the actor's Maserati last week while drunk driving.
A representative of the Gangnam Police Station came forth to state on April 13th, "Kim Rae Won and Kim have already made a mutual agreement. It's true that Kim was drunk driving at the time of the crash, with an blood alcohol level of 0.128%."
They continued, "He had crashed into an already parked car, and because there were no casualties, they agreed on handling the case with just their insurance companies."
