Yoon Seung Ah finally dishes on her wardrobe malfunction

Actress Yoon Seung Ah finally revealed her thoughts on an embarrassing red carpet situation during her recent appearance on SBS's "Strong Heart." Yoon Seung Ah confessed, "I once walked a red carpet wearing just a shirt. I was invited to a film festival for the movie 'Death Bell 2' , and became too self-conscious of T-ara's Jiyeon, who is 10 years younger than me. I got ambitious and purposely wore an extremely tiny mini-dress." She continued, "However, the dress was so short that I had to walk around covering myself with my hands. I was able to complete the picture session normally, but had to cover my behind whenever I was walking up stairs. I later saw Kim Yuna wear the same dress and thought how fortunate it was that I wore it first. However, she wore it with pants. Actress Park Si Yeon wore it with pants as well.
