Red Velvet revealed they would be making a comeback soon!  And so the teasing begins!

Looks like the girls are returning with a feminine, dreamy concept!  One of the members shows off her long, wavy, blonde hair but doesn't show her face. She's dressed in a chiffon, pink dress that resembles the graceful attire of a ballerina. What concept might the girls return with, then?
