IVE has announced a policy to politely decline fan gifts and support.
On December 15, Starship Entertainment posted a notice titled 'Guidelines on Fan Letters, Gifts, and Support' on IVE's official social media accounts, outlining updated rules regarding fan gifts.
The agency explained, “We have decided not to accept gifts or support other than fan letters. This decision was made in the hope that fans’ goodwill can be returned to places where it is truly needed.”
The statement added a renewed request: “If you are currently preparing or planning any form of support, we kindly ask for your understanding as we must decline. We will accept your heartfelt sentiments with gratitude.”
IVE joins a growing list of artists who have adopted similar policies, including BTS, Seventeen, IU, TWICE, DAY6, aespa, and PLAVE.
Throughout the year, IVE showcased a wide range of musical experiments with releases such as “REBEL HEART,” “ATTITUDE,” and “XOXZ.”
Through their third mini album 'IVE EMPATHY,' the group maintained its core message of self-confidence while expanding its perspective from “I” to “we,” resonating deeply with listeners.
Meanwhile, IVE is set to continue its second world tour next April with a concert at Kyocera Dome Osaka in Japan.
