Ham So Won has revealed a glimpse of her life living together with her ex husband Jin Hua after their divorce.
Ham So Won updated viewers that she is currently living under the same roof as her ex husband Jin Hua following their divorce. On the December 13 broadcast of MBN’s ‘Dongchimi’, a preview aired for a segment titled ‘Reconciliation Special: Divorced Family Under One Roof’, featuring Ham So Won and Jin Hua.
In the preview shown at the end of the episode, Ham So Won appeared and shared, “It’s been over two years since the divorce,” explaining that she has been living in Korea as a single mother since then.
However, it was revealed that her ex husband Jin Hua was also living in the same home, prompting Lee Hyun Yi to react in surprise by asking, “Are you living in the same house?”
Ham So Won confessed, “I honestly don’t really know how we ended up becoming a divorced couple living under one roof.”
The preview also showed her raising her voice and arguing with Jin Hua, revealing their ongoing discord. In the clip, Ham So Won remarked, “There are many times when I feel frustrated.”
After observing the couple’s daily life, psychiatrist Lee Gwang Min advised, “The way things are now is actually good.” However, singer Park Sun Joo expressed concern, commenting, “It feels like it could really hurt both of them.” Meanwhile, singer Noh Sa Yeon also shared her worries, saying, “I worry so much about their daughter.”
Ham So Won and Jin Hua tied the knot in 2018 and welcomed their daughter Hye Jung the same year. They finalized their divorce around December 22, but Ham So Won has since commented that she is "open to the possibility" of a reunion if their daughter wishes. Their daughter Hye Jung, born in 2018, attended her kindergarten graduation earlier this February, with both Ham So Won and Jin Hua present.
