Singer Rain's agency, J.Tune Entertainment, has completed its transition to�JYP Entertainment. On February 16th, J.Tune Entertainment voted for mutual alterations through a general meeting of shareholders. As a result, J.Tune Entertainment would change into JYP Entertainment, starting on the 23rd. As for the company directors, J.Y. Park (JYPE), Jung Wook (JYPE), and Byun Sang Bong (JYPE) were elected as director, representative, and vice president, respectively. Last year on December 29th, J.Y. Park won the rights as the largest shareholder of J.Tune Entertainment's capital, as he held 6.14% of shares - thereby securing the takeover of the company. Source: Kuki News
