Moon Hee Jun reveals H.O.T's income in their prime

Artist Moon Hee Jun revealed H.O.T's astronomical income when the group was hitting some of their most successful years.

On the latest episode of MBC's 'Quiz to Change the World', the singer expounded on the level of success of one of Korea's hottest boy bands in its age. "From what I've heard, our one-year income was somewhere around 100 billion won," he said. "Adjusting for inflation, it must be around 400-500 billion today."

400 billion won equates to approximately 365 million U.S. dollars.

However, Moon Hee Jun went on to say that the members themselves weren't necessarily rich. "In fact, we didn't make that much money during that time," he continued. "I actually was better off when I went solo, when a lot of people thought I was struggling."
