Son Ho Young wins the trot special of 'Immortal Song 2'

Son Ho Young of "original idol group" g.o.d took 1st place on the trot special of December 29th's 'Immortal Song 2'.

His sincere cover of trot king Tae Jin Ah's "Samogok" ("Song of Adoration") won the crowd over. Son Ho Young's vocals were backed by string instruments and a piano, and he moved the crowd with his emotional performance.

The singer also included a break in the middle of the song, incorporating g.o.d's hit "To My Mother". He stated before getting on stage, "I'll sing with [all my heart]." His performance caused the others on the show to get misty-eyed.
