Actor Park Shi Hoo has revealed his diet!
On the August 10th episode of SBS‘s ‘One Night’s TV Entertainment‘, Park Shi Hoo (who’s currently filming for KBS‘s ‘The Princess’s Man‘) revealed his diet habits and menu.
After an interview, Park Shi Hoo brought out his diet lunch, which he then showed the reporter. He first revealed a potato and stated, “The best tasting potato in the world”.
After that, he brought out bananas and boiled eggs. A slightly salted potato (109kcal), 1 banana (100kcal), and 1 boiled egg (80kcal) makes up this short term diet plan.
Park Shi Hoo stated, “Since I eat a little for each meal, I eat food in 2-3 hour intervals. These items are also good for constipation, and can work well for the ladies.”
Park Shi Hoo also revealed his abs and chest workouts that anyone could do.
