KARD's Jiwoo released the music video for her title track "Home Sweet Home" at 6 PM on February 11th through major music platforms, alongside the full audio for all tracks on her first EP ‘(EX)IST’.
‘(EX)IST’ marks Jiwoo’s first solo album in nine years since her debut with KARD in 2017. The record condenses the time and experiences she has accumulated from the past to the present, focusing on establishing her firm identity as a solo artist. The five-track EP captures the breadth of her musical spectrum.
Jiwoo further adds sincerity to the project by writing the lyrics for the fourth track, "Lily." Fellow KARD member B.M participated in the production of the B-sides "Mutual" and "Dang Dong (feat. BM of KARD)," offering strong support.
The title track "Home Sweet Home" showcases Jiwoo’s voice as it moves fluidly between R&B and alternative pop. From the whispered, murmured intro to the rhythmically shifting bridge, her voice functions like an instrument in itself, painting honest instinct and emotion as it gently settles into the night like breath.
