DAY6, consisting of Sungjin, Young K, Wonpil, and Dowoon, returned with new music for their 10th anniversary.
On September 5 at 6 PM KST, the band released their fourth full-length album, 'The DECADE,' on various music platforms. This is their first full album in nearly six years since 'SUNRISE' (June 2017), 'MOONRISE' (December 2017), and 'The Book of Us: Entropy' (October 2019), drawing strong anticipation before its release.
Sungjin said he wanted to show both the familiar color of Bus of Dreams and the adventurous side of "INSIDE OUT." Young K added that the two title tracks are contrasting yet powerful, representing DAY6’s diverse musical style. Wonpil noted that Bus of Dreams felt like the most authentic DAY6 track while "INSIDE OUT" was an adventurous track, giving the album richness. Dowoon chose Bus of Dreams as his favorite, saying that singing with fans always brings him happiness.
With 'The DECADE,' DAY6 celebrates ten years by combining their signature sound with bold new experimentation, offering fans both nostalgia and excitement.
