Rookie girl group MEOVV appeared as the guests on the June 6 broadcast of MBC every1's 'Weekly Idol', greeting viewers with their first major broadcasting station variety program appearance!
On this day, MEOVV joined MCs MONSTA X's Minhyuk and CRAVITY's Song Hyungjun for a variety of talk and game segments. In particular, MCs Minhyuk and Hyungjun introduced MEOVV to a brand new segment called 'random color dance', an upgraded version of the signature 'Weekly Idol' game 'random play dance'!
During 'random color dance', group members are assigned a specific color, indicated by a bandana worn on their bodies. The game proceeds much like the 'random play dance' in that songs are played at random, prompting the K-Pop idol challengers to switch seamlessly from one choreography to another. However, the 'random color dance' also involves a visual test. When the set behind them changes color, only those whose assigned colors match the colors displayed on set can dance to the song.
