MAMAMOO leader Solar has released the 8th installment of her "GamSung" project.
Also known as "Solar Emotion" and "Solar Sensitivity" to music listeners, "GamSung" is a musical project that Solar started in 2015. It marked both an unofficial solo debut and led to her first solo concert, the "Emotion Concert Blossom" in 2018, which featured songs from the project.
Throughout the project, the powerhouse vocalist has released a total of 12 songs so far, primarily covering tracks from former Korean soloists. She adds her own unique charm and color to these songs, giving them a modern K-pop twist for new listeners, allowing them to rediscover timeless classics. Notable exceptions in her project include the Japanese song "Nada Sou Sou."
The announcement of a new song as part of Solar's ongoing project has stirred excitement among fans, who are eagerly anticipating which songs she will cover next in this installment.
