On this week's installment of the YouTube series 'ZIP Daesung', Big Bang's Daesung hosted the co-stars of the SBS drama 'The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection', including Lee Yu Bi, Lee Joon, and Lee Jungshin of CNBLUE.
First, actress Lee Yu Bi met up with Daesung at the outdoor market, where she stated, "I only said yes to this program because of Daesung," emphasizing that she was a VIP. She then began singing Big Bang oldies, embarrassing Daesung.
After arriving at the filming site, Daesung revealed that it was his first time meeting not only Lee Yu Bi, but also fellow 2nd-generation idol Lee Joon. For starters, Daesung asked how old his guests were, and it was revealed that Jungshin was the youngest (91'), Lee Yu Bi the second youngest (90'), Daesung the second oldest (89'), and Lee Joon the oldest (88').
But when Daesung addressed Lee Joon as "hyung", Lee Joon said sheepishly, "Even though I am technically 'hyung', you're such a great sunbaenim to me." Jungshin agreed and commented, "To us, you are the greatest of all sunbaenims." Lee Joon even added on, "You are the greatest sunbaenim I have ever met in-person during my entire career in entertainment."
Later on, as the 2nd-generation idols reminisced about their days promoting on music programs, Lee Joon pointed out, "Back in those days, [groups like us] really overdid it in front of the camera. But Big Bang always looked like they didn't care if the camera was there or not. The choreography was less synchronized, but felt like each person had their own feel to it."
Hearing this, Daesung confessed, "See, every time we had a comeback, we always said in the beginning, 'Let's do a synchronized performance'," making the others laugh.
