Oh My Girl's Mimi says she didn't make income for 8 years.
On the July 27th episode of the YouTube series 'No Turning Back Tak Jae Hoon', Mimi featured as a guest and talked about her earnings. Tak Jae Hoon asked Mimi about her own YouTube channel 'MimPD', and she responded, "I also edit myself. YouTube revenue goes to me alone. I now have profit because I don't have any help from the company, and I'm working with a crew now because it's gotten a little bigger."
When Tak Jae Hoon asked if she feels sorry for the Oh My Girl members, she expressed, "The members made money earlier than I did. I'm only making money 8 years after now. I've been living in the negative income territory, and now I'm 8 years after debut."
In other news, Oh My Girl recently made a comeback with "Summer Comes".

Sad but true, most kpop groups take years before they made money. It takes sheer dedication and commitment on doing the what they love the most.
