Former AOA member Jimin is taking a step back to share a softer side to her music in her first EP, 'Boxes'.
The album contains a total of 4 tracks, all of which Jimin took part in composing and writing. "Sympathy" serves as the album's title track, accompanied by b-sides "Somewhere", "Don't Know Why", and "Suddenly".
In the second video teaser for the upcoming album, released on February 17 KST, Jimin sings a soothing, rhythmic melody to her title track "Sympathy" as she shows a brighter, playful side.
'Boxes' drops next week on February 22 at 12 PM KST.

The visuals are very dreamy, so I'm getting either a healing or nostalgic vibe for the song.
I like that she is using her vocals for the song, this will give her the opportunity to show a side of her that is not a rapper as a soloist.
I'm not 100% sure im getting the concept yet. From what I gather, it has something to do with the part of ourselves or our past we place in boxes. I'm very interested in how this will play out in full.
