BTS's V (Kim Taehyung) discusses confidence and beauty in TIRTIR’s interview

On December 11 KST, leading K-beauty brand TIRTIR released a short interview with Kim Taehyung, aka V of BTS, who was recently introduced as the brand’s first global ambassador.

In the video titled “Where confidence begins, V shares what feels true,” Taehyung answers five questions and expresses his excitement about beginning a collaboration with TIRTIR.

Taehyung highlights the color red as the brand’s most striking signature, describing it as a symbol of boldness, and he praises TIRTIR’s respect for diverse skin tones through its wide range of shades, calling it one of the company’s most meaningful strengths.

He briefly discusses the preparation behind the photoshoot, sharing how he worked with director Yoo Kwang-goeng and photographer Kim Hee-jun to shape the final concept. The interview concludes with Taehyung reflecting on the moments when he feels most confident and unique.

Last month, Taehyung made headlines when he attended TIRTIR’s pop-up event in Los Angeles, marking his first public appearance as the brand’s global ambassador.
