Psy excitedly announced his return in the 2nd music video teaser for his title track "That That (Prod. & Feat. SUGA of BTS)".
On April 27 KST, the 2nd music video teaser for "That That", the title track of Psy's comeback album 'Psy 9th', was released. Here, Psy seemed to come straight out of a Western film in his brown fringed coat. In the teaser, Psy is seen coming out of a saloon and after breathing in fresh air with a smile, he suddenly transforms the quiet atmosphere into one full of excitement. Psy gestures with his fingers to express that it is now the year of 2022, and sings "Psy, coming back!" full of energy.
