On November 4 KST, HYBE Labelspremiered a video of the '2021 HYBE BRIEFING WITH THE COMMUNITY' on their official YouTube channel.

Emphasizing the theme of 'boundless' expansion, HYBE Labels' present and future business models were introduced. Here, they announced their plans to debut a new global artist group using local training systems. HYBE stated, "We plan to debut new artists through local training systems, after assembling the business 'know-hows' from HYBE's DNA, the United States, and Japan. Simultaneously, the content that shows the growth and selection process [of the groups] will be broadcast in media programs, which plan to be released globally."

HYBE Labels then revealed their collaboration project with Geffen Records, owned by Universal Music Group, in their global pop girl group debut project. HYBE America stated, "With our local training system in the United States, organized by HYBE and UMG, we will discover the best global female artists and go beyond the boundaries of location, culture, and genre." HYBE also announced that they will be holding a boy group 'global debut project', which will use the local training system in Japan. K, Nicholas, EJ, and Taki, four previous contestants from Mnet's 'I-LAND' last year, and additional contestants, will join the audition program '&AUDITION' to be selected as part of HYBE's new male artist group. '&AUDITION' is scheduled to be broadcast in Japan and released on YouTube next year.

HYBE's briefing also revealed the achievements of Big Machine Label Group and SB Projects, owned by HYBE. Artists in SB Projects plan to work with Justin Bieber and J Balvin for their U.S. tour in 2022, and HYBE revealed the list of other participating artists. Producer Bang Si Hyuk ("Hitman" Bang) and CEO Park Ji Won closed the briefing by once again emphasizing HYBE Labels' 'boundless expansion' when preparing for the future of music.

HYBE has been debuting groups in a short span of time but plans to debut at least 2 more groups? I feel like the kpop industry is already crowded enough. I mean, they've been consistently giving all of their groups even distributions of comebacks but... idk, it's difficult to become a top ten artist nowadays bc there are already so many popular, established groups in addition to so many groups debuting monthly. I'm sure HYBE can pull it off, I just feel like they're contributing to an already too-full industry.
