AKMU is back with their first collaboration album!
On July 26 KST, the YG Entertainment brother-sister duo unveiled the album 'Next Episode,' featuring the highly-anticipated title track "NAKKA" with IU. According to AKMU, the album idea came after recording "NAKKA," having had so much fun with the experience that they decided to make an entire collaboration concept album.
"NAKKA" is a song that encourages the listener to let go and not be afraid of the inevitable plunge and is rounded out with a fun retro synth instrumental and an addictive 'bum bum bum' hook. In the video, member Chanhyuk is constantly falling; however, at one point, he is able to reach out and grab hold of his sister Suhyun's extended hand.
Meanwhile, other collaborating artists on the album include Lee Sun Hee, Zion.T, Beenzino, Jannabi's Choi Jung Hoon, Crush, and Sam Kim. It was previously announced that AKMU will be releasing music videos for all tracks on the album.
