In the MV, the singer-songwriter spends a summer day under the bright sun as time seems to go back and forth. "Say Yes" is the title song of Jung Se Woon's first album '24' part 1, and it's about wanting someone to accept your feelings.

Ponyo's back!!!! The song's catchy, and I love watching him just vibing to it. The bit where he's walking & singing in the skate park as time rewinds reminds me of VIXX's G.R.8.U. I wonder if he had trouble learning the lyrics backwards?
