As always, he shared the reasoning behind his choice in both Korean and English:
'I covered Jeremy zucker's Always, ill care. This song is an ode to platonic love. It’s for friends as a promise to do better. Covering this song, I feel that I should do better to my close people like family, lovers, and friends. In the mv, I tried to express the shaking of the leaves through shadows. I hope for a calm peaceful heart for all who sees this cover.'
