On March 21 at approximately 9:30 AM KST, singer Jung Joon Young appeared in front of the press before heading into Seoul's Central District Court office, where the court will determine the validity of his arrest warrant. 

Pausing before numerous news reporters and cameras, Jung Joon Young read his official statement of the accused, as follows:

"I am truly sorry. I have committed an unforgivable crime. I admit to all charges against me. Regarding the arrest warrant decision today, I will not object to any of the investigation team's demands and follow the court's decision humbly. Once again, I bow my head in apology to the females who were victimized by my actions; to the females who suffered from secondary offense due to the baseless rumors online; and to all who gave me their attention and affection throughout my career. From here on, I will continue to participate in the investigation process and legal proceedings diligently, while reflecting on my actions for life. Again, I'm sorry."

A prosecuting attorney will hear Jung Joon Young and the police's statements on this day, before making a final decision on the singer's arrest warrant.
