Comedian Lee Jin Ho has been hospitalized following a sudden brain hemorrhage.
On April 9 KST, his agency SM C&C confirmed that Lee Jin Ho was admitted to the hospital on April 1 after suffering a brain hemorrhage. The agency stated that he is currently regaining consciousness and focusing on treatment.
They added that his health recovery is the top priority and asked for warm support as he continues to recover.
Lee Jin Ho had been on hiatus since October 2023 after admitting to illegal gambling. He was accused of repeatedly participating in online gambling since 2020, reportedly borrowing around 2.3 billion KRW(~1.5 million USD) from lenders and acquaintances, including fellow celebrities.
