IU reunited with Lee Sang Soon on a recent radio broadcast, bringing back memories of their past connection.
On the April 8 episode of MBC FM4U’s ‘A Perfect Day with Lee Sang Soon,’ IU appeared as a guest while promoting her upcoming drama ‘Perfect Crown.’
The two previously met on the 2017 JTBC show ‘Hyori’s Bed & Breakfast,’ where Lee Sang Soon appeared as a host while IU worked as a part time staff member.
IU expressed her excitement about the reunion, saying, “I didn’t hesitate for even a second when I heard I could see him here today. I really wanted to come.”
She also shared an update on her recent activities, explaining that she had been busy filming until earlier this year and is now in the middle of promotions. Reflecting on her mindset, IU said, “There was a time when I felt nervous, but now I’m not sure anymore. It’s in the hands of the viewers now, so I’m just hoping for the best.”
