Hwasa shared behind-the-scenes stories from her much-talked-about collaboration with actor Park Jung Min, which sparked buzz as a “Blue Dragon romance.”
On April 7, Hwasa appeared on the YouTube channel TEO’s web variety show 'Salon Drip 2,' where she showcased her candid charm and witty storytelling.
Hwasa and Park Jung Min previously drew widespread attention for their duet performance of “Good Goodbye” at the 45th Blue Dragon Film Awards in November last year. The two created a chemistry reminiscent of a real-life couple, earning praise such as, “It felt like watching a romantic film.”
Reflecting on the performance, Hwasa said, “The energy on stage was really great. I was able to focus well, and I could really feel it.” She added, “We actually went on stage without ever rehearsing together. I sent him a rehearsal video in advance, and he had mastered it perfectly. Even though the structure was set, it felt more spontaneous, which made it even better.”

She also revealed what happened after the performance. “We didn’t have time to talk at the venue, so I later texted him, ‘You were absolutely amazing.’ He replied, ‘It was a great memory,’” she shared, recalling their warm exchange.
In response, host Jang Do Yeon joked, “You both just went your separate ways without even looking back.”
Meanwhile, Park Jung Min also recently mentioned Hwasa during his appearance on the YouTube channel Chungju Man. When asked whether Hwasa had contacted him to treat him after her success, he quipped, “I think Hwasa feels a bit shy around me. Maybe she’s avoiding me because she thinks I’ll ask her to buy me a meal,” making everyone laugh.
