KATSEYE member Manon will not take part in the group’s performance at the 'Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival' in Indio, California, on April 10 as she continues her hiatus.
“Manon remains on hiatus,” HYBE said April 9 in response to an inquiry regarding her participation.
The Swiss member has been on hiatus since February to focus on her health and well-being, according to a joint statement issued on February 5 by HYBE and Geffen Records. KATSEYE was formed in 2024 through a partnership between the two companies.
Speculation over Manon’s return had intensified in recent days. On April 3, she removed the group’s name from her social media profile, prompting rumors of a potential departure. HYBE declined to comment on the speculation.
Meanwhile, KATSEYE is set to release a new single, “Pinky Up,” on April 10 at 1 a.m. KST. The group is expected to debut the track live during their Coachella performance.
