
Actor Park Ji Hoon confirmed his next project following the box office success of 'The King's Warden.' The original author expressed high anticipation, joking that they had “used up all their luck in a lifetime.”
Recently, J. Robin, the author of the TVING original series 'The Legend Of Kitchen Soldier,' announced Park Ji Hoon’s casting on social media, writing, “I’ve used up all my luck in a lifetime.” They added, “I tore the cover off the novel. I’m really looking forward to his performance.”
'The Legend Of Kitchen Soldier' is adapted from the popular web novel and webtoon of the same name. The story follows a young man, Kang Seong Jae, who navigates mysterious “quest screens” to level up and grow into a legendary cook soldier. Park Ji Hoon will portray Kang Seong Jae, a diligent young man from a challenging family background, showcasing a new transformation in uniform.
Meanwhile, Park Ji Hoon continues to make waves at the box office with 'The King's Warden.' According to the Korea Film Council’s integrated box office system, the film drew 2,479,933 viewers during the four-day March 1st holiday, bringing its cumulative audience to over 9.21 million. Industry insiders are now projecting that the film could surpass 10 million viewers this week.
