Gen Z inspired group KiiiKiii is set to return to the music show stage with ‘Delulu.’
According to Starship Entertainment, KiiiKiii will appear on Mnet’s ‘M Countdown’ on March 5 to perform ‘Delulu,’ a track from their second mini album ‘Delulu Pack,’ originally released on January 26. This marks the first time the group will present the song on a music program.
Members Jiyu, Isol and Kiya will also take on the role of special MCs for the broadcast. Since their debut, the group has showcased lively chemistry and entertaining personalities through various content, radio and broadcast appearances, raising expectations for their upgraded variety skills and versatile charm.
The performance is part of special promotional activities prepared to repay the love received for the album’s title track ‘404 (New Era).’ Through this stage, KiiiKiii aims to give their fandom Tiiikiii and a wider audience the chance to experience their album in a more diverse way.
On March 4, the group drew attention by releasing a short choreography video through their official social media. The clip features light steps and sharp movements paired with an upbeat disco rhythm, creating a hip and trendy atmosphere while building anticipation for the upcoming music show stage.
‘Delulu’ stands out with an instantly catchy rhythm and a chorus that becomes increasingly addictive with each listen. Lyrics such as “Floating up and suddenly arriving in a blink” and “Wearing sparkling shoes, let go of unrealistic imagination” emphasize the song’s unique concept. The playful title ‘Delulu,’ a cute abbreviation of “delusional,” reinforces the imaginative theme and leaves a lasting impression.
Having already sparked dance challenges with the catchy choreography of ‘404 (New Era),’ expectations are also high for the performance aspect of ‘Delulu.’ The choreography focuses on light steps with dynamic contrasts, highlighting both the song’s rhythm and the group’s energetic stage presence.
