IVE takes home 1st music show win for “BLACKHOLE” on this week’s ‘Show Champion’

IVE took home their first music show trophy for their latest title track.

For the week of March 4 KST, the top 5 nominees for the 'Champion Song' on MBC's 'Show Champion' were the group’s “BLACKHOLE,” Hearts2Hearts’ “RUDE!,” BLACKPINK’s “GO,” NCT JNJM’s “BOTH SIDES,” and ONE PACT’s “SANE.” In the end, IVE came out on top among the nominees.

This marks the girl group’s first-ever music show win for “BLACKHOLE” and their 79th trophy overall.

Meanwhile, IVE made their comeback on February 23 with their second full-length album titled ‘REVIVE+.’ The album boasts 12 songs, including the pre-release single “BANG BANG” and the title song “BLACKHOLE.” It also features solo songs for all six members.

As of this writing, “BANG BANG” is still atop major local Korean music charts—MelOn, Genie, Flo, Bugs, Vibe, and YouTube Music—achieving its 85th perfect all-kill (PAK).
