Lim Young Woong proved both his fandom power and OST competitiveness by taking home three trophies at the ‘33rd Hanteo Music Awards 2025.’
On February 15, Lim Young Woong attended the ‘33rd Hanteo Music Awards 2025,’ held at KSPO DOME in Seoul’s Olympic Park, where he won the WhosFandom Award, Popularity Award, and OST Award. His name was called three times throughout the ceremony, heating up the atmosphere at the venue.

The first trophy he received was the WhosFandom Award, determined entirely by global fan votes. This marks his third consecutive win, following victories at the 31st anniversary ceremony in 2023 and the 32nd anniversary ceremony in 2024. The achievement holds special meaning as it reflects the consistent participation and dedication of his official fan club, “Hero Generation,” symbolizing a record built together by the artist and his fans.
He then went on to claim the Popularity Award, further solidifying his presence through strong public recognition. With balanced support across fan votes and various performance indicators, Lim emerged as one of the standout figures of the night.

His musical accomplishments also shined. Lim Young Woong received the OST Award for his contribution to the drama ‘Heavenly Ever After.’ Upon its release, the track ranked high on major music charts and was praised for his emotive vocals that amplified the drama’s atmosphere. The award officially recognized both the song’s success and his artistic achievement through the project.
The ‘33rd Hanteo Music Awards 2025’ was hosted by Hanteo Global, the operator of the Hanteo Chart. Winners are selected based on a comprehensive evaluation that includes album sales, digital performance metrics, global fan votes, and expert panel scores. The ceremony is widely regarded as a year end review of the K pop industry.
Lim Young Woong’s triple crown once again demonstrated his versatility as an artist who commands fandom loyalty, mainstream popularity, and strong influence in the OST field.
