Singer Lee Hyori shared reflections she gained through yoga.
On the 22nd, Lee Hyori wrote on the social media account of the yoga studio she runs, “The hardest thing for me is to endure while staying curled up without stretching out. To remain in the process without completing it. To gather inward without expressing outward.”

Alongside the message, she posted a video of herself performing advanced yoga poses. Even while folding and inverting her body on the mat, she maintained intense focus and control.
She later shared a selfie and added, “In short, I’m someone who’s the worst at staying still,” and “If I didn’t do yoga, I’d probably have escaped off the planet.” Through her words, she revealed that yoga plays a role in grounding and centering her.
Last September, Lee Hyori opened a yoga studio in Seodaemun, Seoul under her yoga name “Ananda,” where she has been hosting one day classes. After continuing her yoga practice and teaching in Jeju, she relocated to Seoul and has carried on her yoga activities.
Expanding her career beyond singing into teaching yoga, Lee Hyori shared that she is finding balance in life through her ongoing practice.
