Sunggyu, member of INFINITE and solo artist, has unveiled the final piece of his upcoming album.
On February 24th KST, his agency Billions released the last teaser image for Sunggyu’s 6th mini album ‘OFF THE MAP’ through official social media channels.
In the newly revealed photo, Sunggyu captivates with a rough, edgy mood, styled in a leather jacket layered over a hoodie and denim against a raw concrete wall backdrop. Leaning against the wall or lowering his stance while gazing into the camera, he showcases a stripped down, natural visual that highlights a different emotional texture from previously released teasers. The image naturally conveys the deeper sentiment embedded in 'OFF THE MAP'.
Leading up to the comeback, Sunggyu has steadily built anticipation by unveiling the track list, track sampler, a pre release song, and a listening session, gradually revealing the album’s narrative. With the final image now released, the puzzle of 'OFF THE MAP' is nearly complete, raising expectations for the fully realized story the album will deliver.
'OFF THE MAP' captures a journey of stepping away from predetermined paths to find one’s own direction, reflecting a deeper and more introspective side of Sunggyu. The album includes six tracks: the title song “When I Think About You,” along with “Over It,” “Dreaming,” “Drawing,” and “Answer.”
Sunggyu’s 6th mini album ‘OFF THE MAP’ will be released on March 2 at 6 p.m. through major music platforms.
