Top model Han Hye Jin revealed that she has reached her highest weight of 58kg (127.6 lbs) and shared that she has started a diet.
On March 12, Han Hye Jin posted a video titled “The Top Model’s Health Management Finally Returns” to her YouTube channel. In the video, she unveiled a two-week diet plan to quickly lose the weight she gained during the holiday break.
Han Hye Jin began her diet on the final day of the Lunar New Year holiday, saying, “I ate so much at my parents’ house,” as she kicked off the plan with a run. She continued with intense workouts, including fasting cardio and weight training, while also introducing a healthy meal plan.

She revealed a diet consisting of seasoned seaweed, raw sliced fish, and multigrain rice eaten with garlic, chili peppers, and ssamjang. “I worked out for two and a half hours,” she said. “People might wonder if it’s okay to eat regular meals while trying to lose weight, but I’m trying to comfort myself and continue the diet.”
Han Hye Jin also disclosed her maximum weight while reaffirming her determination to slim down.
“I checked my InBody today, and it was really the worst,” she said. “My limit is 58kg, and I should never go over that. When I saw the number this morning, it set off alarm bells.”

She added, “My neck and shoulders aren’t in great condition, so I’m doing lighter weight training. Gaining weight is a problem, but what makes me even angrier is that my muscle mass has decreased. My body fat was also at a record high. Even before measuring, I had a feeling something was wrong.”
Han Hye Jin shared her experience of continuing the two-week diet through running, weight training, ballet, and controlled meals.
“Dieting is a process of gaining and losing weight repeatedly,” she advised. “Even if you break down, what matters is trying to return to a healthy cycle. Even if your weight goes up and down, you shouldn’t give up.”
