A Brazilian woman in her 30s has been arrested for stalking BTS member Jungkook.
On January 4, the Seoul Yongsan Police Station announced that they apprehended "Ms. A" for violating the Act on the Punishment of Crime of Stalking. She is accused of approaching Jungkook's residence in Yongsan-gu around 2:50 PM that day, where she caused a disturbance by throwing mail at the property.
This was not her first offense. Ms. A had previously been arrested twice last month for visiting Jungkook's home. Following those incidents, it is known that Jungkook's side had already requested an official restraining order against her. The police plan to investigate the exact details of the incident.
