Singer/song-writer Dawn has parted ways with AT AREA after 3 years.
On January 29 KST, Dawn announced via his Instagram,
"Hello, this is Dawn.
I would like to inform you that my exclusive contract with AT AREA has come to an end.
I sincerely thank everyone at AT AREA for their support and dedication throughout our time together.
The moments we spent thinking, striving, and moving toward the same goals will remain with me as valuable experiences and meaningful lessons.
I now see this moment as a new turning point,
and I hope to reconnect with you through music that is more honest and deeper, truly my own.
Even if it takes some time, I will return with music and a presence that fully reflect my personal color.
I kindly ask for your warm encouragement and support for both my future endeavors
and the new paths that AT AREA and I will each be taking.
Thank you always."
Dawn previously joined AT AREA, a music label established by the producing duo GroovyRoom, in 2023. In 2025, the musician greeted viewers with a more down-to-earth side through his quiet and homey YouTube content.
