Billlie's Sua and Tsuki opened up about some of the most extreme dieting methods they've tried during their trainee days.
On a recent installment of the YouTube talk show 'In Any Case, I'm Here to Yap', the two K-Pop idols shared various stories related to the episode's theme, dieting.
When asked about the extreme diets they tried during their trainee days, Tsuki began, "When I was a trainee, I followed a method that one of the unnies did. It was eat 3 chupa-chups a day, one for breakfast, one for lunch, and one for dinner. I lost about 4~5 kg doing that."
Sua then chimed in with, "The worst thing I've tried as a trainee was eating nothing but ice for a week."

While the show's MCs collectively gasped in shock, Sua continued, "It was honestly only possible then because I was still young. I really hope that no one ever tries this. It was when the company announced that everyone would get an InBody assessment in a week. I was honestly plenty thin back then, but when I heard that, I wanted to be the thinnest I could be, since it was my first time. And because water is weight too, I literally only ate ice."

The idol recalled, "I was okay for about 3 days. But from the fourth day, I felt like I couldn't feel myself moving when I walked. I would walk up the stairs, but I felt like I was just floating in mid-air. But that somehow made me feel good. I felt so light. That was when I was 42 kg, the lowest weight of my life."
The guests and the MCs also talked about the "golden formula" for weight among Koreans, "subtract 120 from your height (in cm), and that should be your weight to look your best". (For example, 160 (cm) - 120 = 40 kg).
The MCs were particularly against the standards of this formula, with Heo Sung Beom saying, "That means I would have to lose 10 kg from what I am now!", while Gabi remarked, "That means I would need to be 43 kg. The last time I was that was in elementary school."
