Entertainment industry colleagues gathered to celebrate the wedding of Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin, sharing in the joy of the longtime couple’s special day.
Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin tied the knot on December 20 at 7 p.m. at the Dynasty Hall of The Shilla Hotel in Jangchung dong, Jung gu, Seoul. The ceremony was held privately, with only family members, relatives, and close acquaintances in attendance. Actor Lee Kwang Soo, a close friend of Kim Woo Bin, served as the wedding’s MC.
Although the wedding itself was closed to the public, the area outside the venue was crowded with fans from Korea and abroad. Having built long careers filled with hit projects, Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin drew large numbers of supporters who gathered to congratulate the couple, with fans cheering for guests as they arrived at the hotel lobby.
Many celebrities from the entertainment industry attended the ceremony. In addition to MC Lee Kwang Soo, actor Doh Kyung Soo (D.O.) and producer Na Young Seok were spotted at the wedding. Do Kyung Soo had originally prepared to sing a congratulatory song, but was unable to do so due to EXO’s awards schedule; he briefly stopped by the venue to personally offer his congratulations.
Other notable guests included BTS’s V, Kim Tae Ri, Gong Hyo Jin, Uhm Jung Hwa, Bae Jung Nam, Kim Eui Sung, NNam Joo Hyuk, Ahn Bo Hyun, Park Kyung Lim, and Go Doo Shim. Many fellow actors who have shared professional ties with the couple over the years were present, along with renowned writers Kim Eun Sook and Noh Hee Kyung.
Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin have been publicly dating since 2015, marking a decade long relationship before marriage. In 2017, Kim Woo Bin was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer and temporarily halted his activities to focus on treatment. He was declared cancer free in 2019, with Shin Min Ah standing by his side throughout his recovery.
