Doh Kyung Soo (D.O.), a member of EXO and an actor, ultimately made an appearance at the wedding of his close friend Kim Woo Bin despite overlapping schedules with '2025 Melon Music Awards'(MMA 2025).
On October 20, photos and videos surfaced on online communities showing Doh Kyung Soo arriving at the wedding venue for Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin, held at the Shilla Hotel in Seoul. In the clips, fans waiting on site can be heard expressing surprise as Doh Kyung Soo steps out of his vehicle.
Previously, Doh Kyung Soo had addressed the scheduling conflict during an interview following the conclusion of the drama ‘The Manipulated’, saying, “I was originally supposed to sing the congratulatory song, but I couldn’t because my schedules overlapped. The wedding and the awards ceremony were at the same time, so there was no way around it. It’s really unfortunate.”
Given that the two are well known in the entertainment industry as close friends, even fans had expressed disappointment at the possibility of his absence. Earlier that day, Doh Kyung Soo first appeared on the red carpet of '2025 Melon Music Awards,' held at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul, as a member of EXO.
Although it was widely expected that he would miss the wedding due to the awards ceremony, he was later spotted in front of the venue, showing his determination as a guest. As '2025 Melon Music Awards' was still ongoing, Doh Kyung Soo was unable to stay long and reportedly returned to Gocheok Sky Dome shortly after.
Meanwhile, Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin tied the knot on the same day, becoming a married couple after 10 years of dating. The wedding ceremony was reported to be hosted by actor Lee Kwang Soo, who is a close friend of both Kim Woo Bin and Doh Kyung Soo.
Doh Kyung Soo is also set to take the stage later that day at 'MMA 2025' as a member of EXO.
