Earlier this week on December 24 KST, Jay of ENHYPEN went live on Weverse. The idol made fans swoon with his perfect boyfriend visuals in a black t-shirt, glasses, and hair slicked back, exuding timeless aesthetics.
A few days later, Jay's father updated his Instagram with a post comparing Jay from his recent live with a black and white photo of Jay's grandfather.
Jay's father wrote, "[I am] [t]he most blessed man. A son who has never upset me in the last 23 years. A father who died leaving a loving little boy behind. Two guys I love the most. They look so alike. Goodbye 2025."
As shown in the comparison photo, Jay's recent look resembled the black and white photograph of his grandfather to the letter, with matching facial features, glasses, and even the slicked back hair.
Noticing the buzz created by the comparison photo, Jay remarked, "Suddenly my grandpa got revealed."
He continued, "He died when my dad was super young that he doesn't even remember him, so I've never even met him but.. If you just see his photos, you can tell that he had rizz. To be honest, both my grandpas on my dad's side and my mom's side had amazing fashion sense and they were handsome too. When my grandpa came to pick me up in elementary school, everyone thought he was my dad kekeke. For real."
