'Thunder Cloud Rain Storm' released the first gripping trailer featuring former Wanna One member Yoon Ji Sung.
'Thunder Cloud Rain Storm' is a drama based on a popular BL (Boy Love) novel. It follows the story of Lee Il Jo, an illegitimate child abused by his half-brother at his father's funeral. After the abuse, Lee Il Jo turns to his cousin Seo Jeong Han for support and ends up moving in with him. Their love begins to unfold one night when Jeong Han kisses Il Jo after becoming intoxicated.
Later, Il Jo is hospitalized for gallstones, and the prickly Jeong Han pays the 4 million KRW surgery fee on his behalf. He proposes a controversial contract, saying, “Repay this debt with your body,” and declaring, “All of your rights belong to me,” which binds Il Jo to live in his house and attend to him.
The drama garnered much attention earlier this year when it was confirmed that Yoon Ji Sung was cast for the role of Lee Il Jo.
Yoon Ji Sung debuted as a member of the group Wanna One through Mnet’s 2017 audition program 'Produce 101' Season 2, serving as the leader and eldest member, gaining immense love from global fans. He officially debuted as a solo artist in 2019, releasing albums such as 'Aside' and 'Temperature of Love.' Yoon has also appeared in dramas like 'Let Me Be Your Knight,' musicals including 'Return,' 'The Days,' and 'Something Rotten,' as well as a variety of entertainment programs.
Meanwhile, 'Thunder Cloud Rain Storm' premieres on November 28 on Wavve.
