The group CORTIS delivered a powerful performance during the halftime show of the South Korea national football team match.
CORTIS took the stage at 8 PM on November 18th KST at Seoul World Cup Stadium for the halftime show of the national team’s A-match against Ghana. They were invited to the event as advertising models for KT, the official sponsor of the Korean national football team.
The group delivered an overwhelming performance that left a strong impression. As it was the national team’s final A-match of the year, anticipation was especially high. The five members immediately drew attention as they appeared in customized outfits inspired by the anthem jackets worn by the national team players.
They energized the atmosphere by performing their debut album’s title track ‘What You Want’ and the intro track ‘GO!’ back to back. Their dynamic performance, which had them running across the vast stadium, was more than enough to heat up the crowd despite the winter chill. The members also incorporated football-inspired choreography—such as moves mimicking a kick—which drew enthusiastic reactions from fans. When the chorus of ‘GO!’ rang out, the stadium erupted in cheers.
Meanwhile, CORTIS is set to continue their strong year-end presence by appearing at major award shows and broadcasts, including the 2025 MAMA Awards held from the 28th to 29th at Hong Kong’s Kai Tak Stadium, the 10th Anniversary Asia Artist Awards 2025 on December 6th at Taiwan’s Kaohsiung National Stadium, and the 2025 SBS Gayo Daejeon on the 25th at Inspire Arena in Incheon.
