Recently, Park Bom has raised concerns for her health after she revealed she had filed a lawsuit against Yang Hyun Suk, the executive producer of YG Entertainment. Following her announcement, Park Bom's current agency issued an official statement clarifying the situation. Additionally, there were reports of how Yang Hyun Suk allegedly reacted after seeing her post.
On October 23, D-Nation Entertainment stated through its official social media accounts, "It has been confirmed that the lawsuit was never filed. Park Bom has already been duly paid for her activities with 2NE1." The agency added, "Park Bom is currently on hiatus from all activities and is focusing on treatment and recovery. We will do our best to assist in her recovery."

According to an exclusive report by OSEN on the same day, a senior figure in the music industry revealed, "Producer Yang Hyun Suk did not feel any resentment or anger after seeing Park Bom's post. Instead, he was more concerned and worried, particularly about her health condition."
Earlier, on October 22, Park Bom posted on her social media account a photo of what appeared to be a lawsuit document against Yang Hyun Suk, alongside the caption, "From Park Bom." In the photo, the plaintiff’s name was written as “Park Bom,” while the defendant was listed as “Yang Hyun Suk.” Under the section for “charges,” the document read “fraud and embezzlement.”
Park Bom claimed, “The defendant failed to properly pay the plaintiff for profits generated from music releases, performances, broadcasts, advertisements, events, songwriting, and composing.” She alleged that “the amount is estimated to be approximately 1002003004006007001000034 ‘64272e trillion KRW.”

She continued, “These are earnings that the plaintiff rightfully deserves. YG Entertainment never provided settlement details and has not made a single legitimate payment to the plaintiff.”
Park Bom also stated that “as a result, the plaintiff suffered severe financial and psychological damage,” claiming this constituted “clear acts of fraud and embezzlement.” She reportedly included her contract, profit-related documents, and records of music releases and performances as evidence. The post has since been deleted.
