Entertainer Kwanghee dismissed renewed rumors suggesting he underwent additional plastic surgery.
On the October 18 episode of MBC’s 'Hangout with Yoo,' the show featured the return of the 'Insamo' (“Association of Unpopular People”) project, where members met with potential candidates for the group. Conceived by entertainer HaHa, the project aims to bring together celebrities who, despite their fame, feel they lack popularity. Previous figures associated with the project include Epik High’s DJ Tukutz, film director Jang Hang Jun, comedian Heo Kyung Hwan, actor Heo Seong Tae, singer Hwang Jin, and broadcaster Jung Jun Ha.
This week’s episode showed Choi Hong Man and Hyun Bong Sik receiving invitations to join 'Insamo,' while Yoo Jae Suk and HaHa met with Kwanghee. Seeing him for the first time in about a year, Yoo commented that Kwanghee appeared to have changed “artificially,” sparking playful speculation about possible additional cosmetic work.
“You used to look more natural,” Yoo remarked, to which HaHa jokingly added, “Now you look a bit assembled.”

Kwanghee quickly laughed off the comments, firmly denying the rumors. “My face was already assembled from the beginning,” he quipped. “There’s been talk about me getting more work done, but I haven’t fixed anything. I’m still the same.”
Despite the teasing, the exchange showcased Kwanghee’s trademark humor and self-awareness, reinforcing his reputation as one of Korea’s most candid and lighthearted entertainers.
