On October 16 KST, actress Kim Go Eun appeared as a guest on a special installment of 'Fridge Interview' hosted by Felix of Stray Kids.
On this day, both the host and the guest could not hide their sheepishness, as they were tasked with conversing in informal language for the duration of the interview.
When Felix asked, "Do you have any particular foods you like?", Kim Go Eun answered, "See, I love food so much. So it's a real struggle for me."
Hearing this, Felix remarked, "Really? Do you control your diet?", to which Kim Go Eun responded, "Not really, but for example, I usually eat one bowl of rice. But if I feel like I've gained a little weight, then I'll eat half a bowl."
She then continued, "But I'm not the kind of person who can go on a strict, controlled diet. If I have to go on a controlled diet, I'll think to myself, 'What's the point of all this if I can't eat...' and it makes me sad."
To this, Felix commented with a sincere expression, "I really don't think you need it. You look very thin."
Kim Go Eun further explained, "I get really puffy. Even if I don't look that puffy in real life, there's a big difference once you're captured on camera. I've had the director stop filming because I looked so different. So then I go and do jumping jacks."
However, the actress coolly admitted, "But what can I do? I don't want to give up food."
