BLACKPINK’s Jisoo shared her excitement over her latest collaboration with former One Direction member Zayn on October 11, posting several photos on her social media. She wrote, “A very special song we’ve been working on for a long time is finally out,” offering fans a glimpse of the project.

The released images show warm, candid moments between Jisoo and Zayn. Jisoo, in a mini dress with her long hair flowing, radiated captivating beauty, while Zayn donned a black leather jacket, exuding his signature wild charm.

The new single, “EYES CLOSED,” features a duet between Jisoo and Zayn. Jisoo commented, “I hope this song touches the hearts of many. Let’s not forget that everything we’ve experienced has been for the future,” reflecting on their collaboration.

She also expressed her gratitude to Zayn, saying, “Working with you has truly been something special. I’m so thankful for your kindness and amazing voice.” Released on October 10, “EYES CLOSED” marks Jisoo’s solo return eight months after her first solo album, 'AMORTAGE,' which debuted in February. Before this, she was active with BLACKPINK as part of the group release, “JUMP.”

Zayn, a globally renowned vocalist who rose to fame with One Direction through the audition show 'The X Factor,' left the group in 2016. He achieved solo success with “Pillowtalk,” which topped the U.S. Billboard Hot 100.
