On September 8, KBS 2TV’s new weekend drama 'Walking on Thin Ice' stars Lee Young Ae, Kim Young Kwang and Park Yong Woo joined a talk on the YouTube channel Zzanboro.
Host Shin Dong Yup asked Lee Young Ae, “Is that the same voice you use when scolding kids?”
Lee Young Ae said, “I get that question a lot. I do raise my voice with kids. Don’t most parents?” She mentioned that her twin kids, a son and a daughter, are both 15. “My daughter is like me, and my son is like his dad,” she added.
She also shared about her daughter’s hobby, saying, “My daughter likes idols and goes to auditions. I just let her. If I block her, she might say, ‘I could not do it because of you, Mom.’” She added, “She likes idol groups like TXT and BOYNEXTDOOR, so I take her to see shows.”
Yet, Lee Young Ae said she feels worry. “On the other hand, she seems to think it is easy. When she looks at me, she only sees bright and fun parts, not all the work it took to get here.”
