Locals have reported that grieving widower Koo Jun Yup has continued to visit his late wife Barbie Hsu's grave almost every day for the last six months.
It's reported that Koo Jun Yup often stays at Barbie Hsu's grave for hours each day, drawing pictures of her on his iPad and leaving gifts for her at the gravesite.
One fan stated that she went to pay her respects to Barbie Hsu, and saw Koo Jun Yup at the grave starting from 7am that day. The fan revealed that Koo Jun Yup was diligently working on drawing a picture of Barbie Hsu, and that he had left framed photos of the couple by her grave, as well as some of Barbie Hsu's favorite foods like honey and sandwiches.
The fan revealed that she accidentally shed tears on the tombstone while grieving, but Koo Jun Yup told her, "It's okay," and even cleaned the tombstone off for her. He comforted the fan and offered her some time alone to pay her respects to Barbie Hsu, saying, "You can talk to her too."
According to eyewitness accounts, Koo Jun Yup has been visiting the gravesite almost every day since Barbie Hsu was laid to rest in March. Even in heavy rain, he always shows up and stays for hours. In front of his wife's grave, Koo Jun Yup reportedly browses through old photos or watches the drama "Meteor Garden," in which Barbie Hsu starred.
