The series follows Moon Ju, a UN ambassador with international recognition, played by Jun Ji Hyun. She investigates the truth behind an attempted assassination of a presidential candidate while being protected by San Ho, a mysterious special agent portrayed by Kang Dong Won. Together, they face a far-reaching conspiracy that threatens the Korean peninsula. The suspenseful story has captivated audiences around the globe and sparked a strong wave of attention.
From the moment of its release, 'Tempest' secured top spots on various popularity rankings and streaming charts. The project has been recognized as one of Disney+’s strongest global titles of the year.
