Actor Choo Young Woo is set to make his music debut with the release of his first digital single, “If Time Could Stop”, on September 6. The release coincides with his sold-out fan meeting, 2025 Choo Young Woo Asia Fanmeeting Tour ‘Who (is) Choo?’, held at KBS Arena in Seoul.
This marks Choo’s first time releasing a single under his own name, prepared as a special gift to fans in return for their overwhelming support. He will also perform the song live for the first time during the fan meeting.
Singer-songwriter Roy Kim participated in both composing and writing the track, blending his signature warmth with Choo’s deep, charismatic voice, creating high expectations for the collaboration.
Choo previously drew attention with his cover of Roy Kim’s “Bomibwado” as part of a Netflix drama promotion, which even prompted a personal comment from Roy Kim. Their connection has now evolved into an official collaboration, raising excitement among fans.
Choo Young Woo has also contributed to several OSTs, including Oasis, Okssi Buin-jeon, and Gyeonwoo and Jiknyeo, showcasing his solid vocal skills. With “If Time Could Stop”, anticipation is building for his first official single release.
The track will be available on all major music platforms on September 6.
